Gone are the days when hot air balloon ride was a leisure activity only some could afford. Thanks to social media, it is now a favourite amongst travellers and photographers!
With an experience of more than 15 years, Hot Air Ballooning Turkey helps you explore hidden gems and offers an experience that you’ll remember for life.
Why Turkey?
Known for its rich history, culture and cuisine, Turkey offers the best hot air balloon destinations in the world – Cappadocia and Pamukkale. With landscapes worth every picture and good weather conditions, these places are heaven for adventure and leisure seekers. Thinking of a hot air balloon ride? Think Turkey.
Cappadocia
Fascinated by the hot air balloon rides in Cappadocia? This is what you should expect – a dramatic landscape in the early hours of the morning and surreal views of the natural wonders that double up as churches, houses and hotels.
Cappadocia translates to Land of the Beautiful Horses in the Persian language. The city has many hidden gems and we recommend you to plan at least 2-3 days trip for this magic town. You can enjoy a drink or two in exclusive Turkish vineyards, visit the pigeon farms and churches, take couple pottery classes with the fine terra cotta in Avanos Pottery workshop etc.
If you are a safari person, you can book a jeep safari offering amazing scenic views through Rose Valley and Cavusin. This is followed by traditional dances and cuisines, including the famous belly dance performance that will take your breath away!
We offer highly customizable hot air balloon rides in Cappadocia. In the past, we’ve witnessed some beautiful marriage proposals, special birthday celebrations and even weddings! We take pride in offering an experience that stays with our clients forever.
Pamukkale
Pamukkale is a less explored destination for hot air balloon rides. Here is what you can expect as soon as you enter the city – a white cliff of clouds! The city name rightly translates to ‘Cotton Castle in Turkish’.
It was recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Sight in 1988. Pamukkale is close to the Temple of Artemis – one of the seven wonders of the ancient world located 75 km from the city of Ephesus. The area is also home to over 15 hot springs that range in size and temperature.
Pamukkale is home to ancient sites, such as Necropolis & Hierapolis. You can either roam the white cliffs or take a dip in the pool of Cleopatra. This city was historically influenced by Greek, Roman, and Egyptian cultures.
We recommend planning a trip for 2-3 days to make the most of it. We offer hot air balloon rides in Pamukkale of around 1 to 1.5 hours over a magnificent view of these ancient wonders along with a mesmerizing sunrise. Apart from this, you can also enjoy tandem paragliding, quad biking, Honaz waterfalls, and thermal springs of Kaklik cave.
